To make your delivery easier, as much detail as possible is needed for your address. You can find it in the confirmation shipment e-mail or in your account. In case of absence of the recipient, if the letterbox is too small, an attempted delivery note will be left at the address. UPS will make three attempts to deliver your parcel. After three unsuccessful attempts, you will have 5 days to pick up the parcel from the UPS depot. You can contact UPS, by phone or via their website, to make an appointment or change the delivery address. When ordering, please indicate your security code, which is imperative for the delivery.\r\nIn case of unsuccessful delivery, you will find a number \"info notice\" on the delivery note. You can use this number on the UPS tracking site to change the delivery address or choose a new delivery date. Deliveries by UPS can be carried out from Monday to Friday.\r\nCosts and responsibility\r\nShipping charges include packaging, handling and postage fees. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.
