Delivery of  your package is guaranteed by Colissimo


The delivery of your order is insured by Colissimo. Once sent via La Poste, your package is estimated to be delivered to your home within 48 hours (1) for all orders placed  before 12:00pm.


With Colissimo, your order will be delivered from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm, directly to your hands and will be registered by signature of receipt. In case of absence or inability to deliver your package (if there is no one who can receive the package for you...), your postman will leave a postal slip stating the date and address of the post office where you can collect your parcel, upon presentation of an identity document.

You will normally have up to 15 days from the date on the postal slip to collect your parcel from the designated post office. After this time, the parcel will automatically be sent back to us.


Using the parcel number that will be sent to you by email (eg 8V00300548899), you can track your package by logging on to (2) the site / Colissimo to know where your package is at any time.

Details required for delivery

Your Colissimo parcel will be delivered by your postman. To make your delivery easier, as much detail as possible is needed for your address. Fill out all fields when you make your order through the website so that La Poste is able to deliver your package in the best conditions. 

In your contact Information, please specify:

  • House/building number or name 
  • Access codes 
  • Staircase (if in an apartment building)
  • Floor (if in an apartment building)
  • Your apartment N°. and any other information you might consider helpful.

Delivery of your package with UPS


If desired, you may choose to have your parcel delivered by UPS.
UPS estimates that your package will be delivered to your door within 24 hours for all orders placed before 12:00 PM.


Every package sent by UPS has a tracking number. You can find it in the confirmation shipment e-mail or in your account. With this number, you can track your package: on the website
or by phone at 08 21 23 38 77 (0.12 euros / minute plus extra cost of your operator - to 20/08/2008).

A signature may be required on delivery. In case of absence of the recipient, if the letterbox is too small, an attempted delivery note will be left at the address. UPS will make three attempts to deliver your parcel. After three unsuccessful attempts, you will have 5 days to pick up the parcel from the UPS depot. You can contact UPS, by phone or via their website, to make an appointment or change the delivery address. When ordering, please indicate your security code, which is imperative for the delivery.

In case of unsuccessful delivery, you will find a number "info notice" on the delivery note. You can use this number on the UPS tracking site to change the delivery address or choose a new delivery date. Deliveries by UPS can be carried out from Monday to Friday.

Costs and responsibility

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage fees. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but a special care is taken of each package.
